As part of our commitment to small sided football, ESFA is running development squads for Under 8 to Under 14 age groups. ESFA has committed to running these development squads and we are delivering this.
The ESFA Development Squads will be running from mid-May in 2012. Online registration for trials is now open for any player who is looking to develop their football skills in the following age groups:
- U9 boys;
- U10 boys;
- U9-11 girls, and;
- U12-14 girls
The first two sessions will be trials, starting from 14 May 2012. From 28th May, both boys and girls sessions will run from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. The Squads will run until mid-August and cost $125 per selected player, including a kit.
The experienced coaches for the clinics are Coaching and Development Officer, Louis Chaperon and Technical Director, Sally Patterson.
