Where will our female Mini Roos ESFA Competition players, end up in the future? Maybe they too will become Matildas, representing their country in the highest forms of football.

The Westfield Matildas were victorious over Korea last night Australian time in their semi-final, with Elise Kellond-Knight, in her 46th international appearance for her country, scoring her first ever Matilda's goal (all good things come to those who wait) to ensure a 2-1 victory over Korea in the AFC Women's Asian Cup.

Women in football play an important role in the ESFA competition proving that exciting football has no gender. We look forward to witnessing The Westfield Matildas take on FIFA World Cup Champions, Japan in Vietnam on Sunday 25th May, 2014.
