ESFA Coaches Embracing Further Education Through The ESFA Coaching Program

Published: 1/03/2016 4:12:00 PM

We are pleased to announce we have a further sixteen FFA accredited Senior Coaches within the ESFA Competition.

An evenly balanced mix of coaches from within our All Age Women through to All Age Men Championship coaching community.

This, along with 33 FFA accredited Grassroots Coaches, has been a brilliant kick start to our 2016 Coaching Program.

ESFA Technical Director Jaime Gomez, believes this is only the beginning of ensuring all ESFA coaches are fully qualified and given the tools and resources to ensure that no team within clubs is without the technical knowhow for coaching from U6s through to All Age Men and All Age Women Championship.

There are further courses commencing shortly and spots are still available for those wishing to enroll. Our Coaching Program will evolve post season commencement with further courses rolled out during the season.

Coaches at all levels play a crucial role in ensuring that football is an enjoyable experience for everyone, as well as laying the foundation for the development of better players.

We strongly recommend all coaches attend these courses and reiterate that ESFA will refund the enrolment fee (no fee for Grassroots course) to those who register to coach an ESFA team for 2016. Speak with your Club for further details.
