ESFA Womens And Mens Cup Finals

Published: 7/07/2016 2:04:00 PM

Heading into the business end of the season and we have Finals Football ready to go for our ESFA Mens Cup and ESFA Womens Cup.

Our Womens Cup Final on Wednesday 13th July, 2016 at Hensley sees continual rivals Dunbar Rovers FC and Coogee United FC vie for the ESFA Womens Cup. The Womens Cup took a break from competition in 2015 with our last winners Maccabi Hakoah Seniors in 2014.

If the semi finals have been a prejudge for the quality of football, both Dunbar Rovers and Coogee United will fight for the trophy on the field with tenacity and skill. Kick off at 7:30pm. Womens football alive and well in the Eastern Suburbs.

Our ESFA Mens Cup has once again seen the dominance of two AAM Championship teams. Both Coogee United AAM Championship and Maroubra United AAM Championship did not have an easy run into the final, with both semis showing brilliant football from all involved. With Coogee AAM Championship reaching the final for the first time and Maroubra United AAM Championship looking to retain the Cup, it promises to be a tight contest.

The ESFA Mens Cup Final will be held at Hensley on Wednesday 27th July, 2016 with kick off at 7:30pm.

The ESFA Mens Trophy Final contenders are still to be decided. Dunbar Rovers AAM5 B will take on the winner of UNSW AAM and Pagewood Botany FC Over 45s (who play on Thursday 14th July), on Wednesday 3rd August, 2016 at 7:30pm once again at Hensley!

There is plenty of football left to enjoy!
