We are now taking expressions of interest from talented players wanting to take their football to the next level.
ESFA participates in the Football NSW Skill Acquisition Program (SAP & GSAP), which is part of the talented pathway for players aged between 8-12 years of age for boys and 9-13 for girls.
Through our relationship with Sydney FC and National Premier League (NPL) Clubs, players from our program are scouted each year to represent clubs at the highest level within their youth league teams, including Sydney FC Academy & FNSW Institute.
Players are selected into the SAP program based on their current skill level, their potential to develop the key skills required, their attitude and commitment to the program.
